Sprik, M.D. Calvin Sprik, M.D. is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist and LASIK surgeon at The Eye Clinic of Wisconsin where he performs all types of laser eye surgery including LASIK and Custom LASIK Eye Surgery. Dr Sprik received his Medical Degree from the University of South Dakota School of Medicine and completed a Residency in Ophthalmology at the University of Minnesota Department of Ophthalmology.
