Rajesh Rajpal, M.D. is the Founder of Cornea Consultants and SeeClearly Laser Vision Correction Centers in the Greater Washington, D.C. and Virginia region where he provides all types of Laser Eye Surgery including LASIK & Custom Lasik Eye Surgery. Dr. Rajpal received his Medical Degree at the Medical College of Virgina in Richmond, Virginia and completed his Residency in Ophthalmology at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, Virginia as well. In addition Dr. Rajpal completed a Fellowship in Cornea and External Diseases at Wills Eye Hospital. Dr. Rajpal has been serving the medical and surgical eyecare needs of patients in the Greater Washington, D.C. and Virginia area for over 10 years. Dr. Rajpal has been providing Laser Eye Surgery including LASIK & Custom Lasik Eye Surgery with the Excimer Laser for Laser Vision Correction first as an Investigator for its FDA Approval and then upon its approval in 1995.
Dr, Rajpal has trained more than 2,000 Ophthalmology Residents and practicing Ophthalmologists in all types of Laser Eye Surgery including LASIK, Custom LASIK and other Laser Vision Correction procedures.

In addition to providing LASIK in Virginia, Dr. Rajpal performs cataract surgery in Virginia with near vision presbyopia correcting multifocal lens implants (IOL) such as the ReSTOR Lens Implant to help patients with cataracts in Virginia achieve independence from eyeglasses, reading glasses and bifocals after cataract surgery in Virginia. As a Virginia Corneal Specialist, Dr. Rajpal is well known for his work in performing Corneal Transplants in Virgina and treatment of Keratoconus in Virgina.
