 | Edward Joseph Zobian, M.D., F.A.C.S. Edward Joseph Zobian, M.D., is the President of Eye Consultants of Pennsylvania and Chief of the Department of Ophthalmology at the Reading Hospital and Medical Center. Dr. Zobian obtained his Medical Degree from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and completed his Residency in Ophthalmology at the Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia.
Dr. Zobian served a tour of duty as battalion surgeon of the Nineteenth Combat Engineers (U.S. Army) in the Vietnam in 1967 and 1968. During his service in Viet Nam, he was awarded the Bronze Star Medal and Army Commendation Medal for heroism in combat. Dr. Zobian served as Chief of the Department of Hospital Clinics at U.S. Kirk Army Hospital, Aberdeen Proving Grounds, and Maryland from 1968 to 1970.
In February of 1975, Dr. Zobian initiated an advanced technique of cataract surgery in Berks County area, and has continued his progressive approach to eye surgery in Pennsylvania.  | Elliot Werner, M.D. Elliot B. Werner, M.D. is a Glaucoma Specialist and Cataract Surgeon at eye consultants of Pennsylvania. Dr. Werner is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology as well as the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada.
