Dr. Fracht received his Medical Degree at New York University School of Medicine and completed his Residency in Ophthalmology at the New York University Medical Center. In addition Dr. Fracht completed a Fellowship in Cornea, External Disease and Refractive Surgery at Wills Eye Hospital of the Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. During his Fellowship at Wills eye Hospital in Philadelphia, Dr. Fracht received specialized training and experience in LASIK surgery. Dr. Fracht has been serving the medical and surgical eyecare needs of Pennsylvania patients since 2002 as the Director of Corneal and Refractive Surgery at the Penn State Milton Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, Pennsylvania. In this role Dr. Fracht had responsibility for LASIK patient care, LASIK research and LASIK education for eye surgery residents.
