Jeffrey D. He currently serves on the medical and surgical staff of Baptist Hospital and St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville. Dr. Horn is Board Certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a Diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners. He is a member of the Nashville Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, the International Society of Refractive Surgery, the European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery and the Eye Bank Association of America. In addition he has served as a member of the Board of Directors and Medical Director of the Lions Eye Bank of Middle Tennessee.
