David Castellano, M.D. is a LASIK Surgeon in Ohio and is an Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at The Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio where he provides LASIK in Columbus for patients seeking LASIK in Ohio. Syvertsen Award, the Hitchcock Foundation Research Award and the Norris Cotton Cancer Center Research Award. In addition to his extensive clinical experience, Dr. Castellano is actively involved in the training of ophthalmology residents at The Ohio State University and is the Director of the LASIK Surgery certification course at OSU to instruct eye surgeons in Ohio Blade Free LASIK and All Laser LASIK techniques using Intralase in Ohio. He is currently developing computerized teaching programs to assist in training residents and practicing ophthalmologists. Dr. Castellano's ongoing research includes corneal topography and refractive surgery. Dr. Castellano is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the Ohio Ophthalmologic Society, the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology, and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
