 | R. Daniel Grossman, M.D. R. Daniel Grossman born in Baltimore and raised in Bloomington, Indiana. Dr. Grossman is the Founder of The Eye Clinic of Southern Indiana and one of the most experienced cataract, cataract related laser eye surgery and lens implant surgeons in the United States. Dr. Grossman attended the Indiana University School of Medicine where he recived his Medical Degree and completed his Residency in Ophthalmology at Baylor College of Medicine.
Dr. Grossman has long been recognized as a key figure in local healthcare developments. He has been instrumental in bringing laser eye surgery for cataract care to Bloomington, Indiana in 1985 and laser eye surgery for LASIK Eye Surgery to Bloomington, Indiana in 1995. In addition he helped develop the Bloomington area's first single specialty eye outpatient surgical center at The Eye Center of Southern Indiana and Bloomington Surgery Center in 1990, initiatied The Southern Indiana Surgical Center and Campus in 1991, Precision Healthcare in 1993, and Unity Physician Group in 1996. | | |
 | Chad Huck, O.D. Born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana Dr. Huck attended Indiana University from 1977 through 1985 where he played quarterback. In his final year of optometry school at Indiana University's School of Optometry (1984), Dr. Huck joined Dr. Grossman's practice, which allowed Dr. Grossman to continue his specialty interest in cataract surgery. Dr. Huck became Board Certified in the developing field of medical optometry, which focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of eye disease, with emphasis on the pre- and post-surgical treatment of cataract patients. During his career at The Eye Center, Dr. Huck has triaged over 125,000 patient encounters.
Part of Dr. Huck's role at The Eye Center has been to help coordinate efforts between our patients' hometown eye doctors and the eye surgeon through co-management of surgical care. He also serves as Clinic Director, which involves managing the clinical protocols, routines, and employees of the practice. In addition to this, he serves as an Adjunct Clinical Professor-Indiana University School of Optometry.
Dr. Huck is married to Dr. Patricia Henderson who is also an optometrist and Clinic Director for Indiana University's Community Eye Care Center

 | Steven E. Holbrook, O.D. Dr. Holbrook is a native of Hammond, Indiana. He graduated from Indiana University School of Optometry in 1985. During his clinical training, Dr. Holbrook had the unique opportunity to train under some of the most renowned Ophthalmologists in the country. Through this experience, he became one of
the first optometrists to pursue post-graduate training at the renowned University of Miami Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Miami, Florida where he spent two and a half years studying advanced ocular disease along with medical and surgical treatment of the eye.
Dr. Holbrook utilized his unique credentials and helped establish a new concept for optometry: an optometric physician in partnership with surgical specialists providing specialized surgical care of the eye. The Aran-Holbrook referral center was established in 1989 in Miami and grew into one of the most successful practices in the South. Even with his tremendous success, Dr. Holbrook longed to return home. He came to The Eye Center of Southern Indiana in 1997 where he works as a key partner in providing quality LASIK services. In addition to LASIK Eye Surgery, his clinical interests are glaucoma and medical retina.

 | Warren J. Chang, M.D. Dr. Chang was raised in Bloomington.Indiana. He graduated from Bloomington High School South and earned a degree in Biochemistry from Indiana University. He received his Medical Degree at Harvard Medical School and went on to complete his Ophthalmology Residency at Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia, one of the most highly regarded eye institutions in the country. He then completed a two-year fellowship in eyelid and eye socket reconstructive surgery at the University of Miami Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Miami, Florida.
In April of 2000, Dr. Chang returned home to Bloomington, Indiana to join the team of physicians at The Eye Center of Southern Indiana. Having trained in three of the very best medical programs in the country - Harvard, Wills Eye Hospital, and Bascom Palmer Eye Institute - Dr. Chang truly lends a world class reputation to The Eye Center of Southern Indiana. Dr. Chang's clinical and surgical interests are diverse. Although he is uniquely well-skilled in eye lid and eye socket surgery (Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery), he performs many other surgical procedures including all types of laser eye surgery, glaucoma, and cataract surgery.
