Harvey Fracht, M.D. is a Corneal Specialist in Philadelphia who is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist and the Founder of the Conshohocken Eye & Laser Center in greater Philadelphia where he provides diagnosis and treatment of dry eyes in Philadelphia. Dr. Fracht received his Medical Degree at New York University School of Medicine and completed his Residency in Ophthalmology at the New York University Medical Center. In addition Dr. Fracht completed a Fellowship in Cornea, External Disease and Refractive Surgery at Wills Eye Hospital of the Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. During his Fellowship at Wills eye Hospital in Philadelphia, Dr. Fracht received specialized training and experience in diseases, problems and conditions of the surface of the eye including dry eyes. Dr. Fracht has been serving the medical and surgical eyecare needs of Pennsylvania patients since 2002 as the Director of Corneal and Refractive Surgery at the Penn State Milton Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, Pennsylvania. In this role Dr. Fracht had responsibility for all aspects of dry eye patient care, dry eye research and education for eye surgery residents.
