Karen Nipper, M.D. is an eye physician and surgeon at Excellent Vision Eye & Laser Center in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Dr. Nipper received her Medical Degree at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and completed a Residency in Ophthalmology at Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In addition, Dr. Nipper attended a Fellowship in Ophthalmic Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery providing her with specialized training and experience in non surgical aesthetic treatments such as BOTOX® Cosmetic, Juvederm™ and Restylane ® injections as well as reconstructive and cosmetic facial plastic surgery. Dr. Nipper has a special interest in helping patients restore and maintain a youthful appearance. She is the New Hampshire Seacoast's only aesthetic eye surgeon.
Dr. Nipper performs non-surgical cosmetic treatments such as BOTOX ® Cosmetic Injections as well as “fillers” such as Juvederm ™ and Restylane ® to help smooth fine lines and wrinkles. In addition, she performs facial cosmetic plastic surgery for the treatment of baggy or puffy eyelids, heavy eye brows, facial aging, and more pronounced lines and wrinkles with techniques such as blepharoplasty or eye lifts, brow lifts and mid-facelifts.
